Signage Process
Consult
Our Signage Company Brisbane team pride ourselves on demystifying the signage process for our customers. Our Signs Brisbane consultants will take the time to gain a full understanding of your requirements and objectives. We will then provide recommendations tailored to your business. Please contact us by phone, email or website enquiry. We can consult with you over the phone or arrange a time to come out and meet you onsite to discuss your requirements.
Estimate
We always endevour to provide you with a detailed quote within 24 hours. Once you are ready to proceed we require a 50% deposit, or take advantage of our interest free, buy now, pay later option. Account customers are required to submit a purchase order. All our estimates are valid for 30 days.
Design
We will work closely with you to deliver a final product that will meet and exceed your expectations. Our designers will gather together all required elements such as your logos, colours, photo’s etc and then design concepts for your approval. Concepts are superimposed onto photographs to size and scale making the approval process much easier, and our customers love it.
Approve
Once you are happy with your design we ask that you approve your proof through our online proofing system. This enables us to progress your project into our Production system. We allow between 7 – 10 days from the date of receiving your proof approval to completion of most projects. Of course at any time during the process your Account Manager will be on hand to assist with any queries.
Install / Supply
Once your proof has been approved we will contact you to arrange a day and time for the installation of your signage. If your project is supply only we will advise when your job is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
